After years of renovation and work, the Mu Psi chapter house has grown from a quaint wooden structure to a large brick and mortar building. Increasing in size over the past 60 years, the house has grown from holding 12 brothers to a current capacity of up to 50 brothers along with a chapter advisor. Situated at 206 South Campus Avenue, the chapter house is across the street from King Library and Miami's Academic Quad. A 4 minute walk up the alley will get you on Oxford's main drag: High Street, making it a great location to go to class or catch a bite to eat.

Lovingly nicknamed "The Plex", the chapter house appears small from the front but stretches back deeper into the lot. Featuring a full dining room and kitchen, weightroom, chapter room, library, laundry room, executive office, basketball court, patio and social room, the house has all of the neccesary ammenties that dorm life provides- and then some.

Surrounding the house is onsite parking reserved for brothers only. Recently rennovated hallway floors, kitchen equipment, and private bathrooms have helped keep the house looking sharp after all of these years. Each room is equipped with its own A/C unit for the warmer months, and most Sophomore brothers live in doubles or triples, with upperclassmen primarily residing in singles.
